Not sure this product is really working.The shampoo works great as a cleanser. I only have a small difference after 2 months.Problem is, as can be seen by the pictures, the shampoo (foam) comes straight out of the top of the canister. What I did is used it, then left home. When I returned, it was all over my counter but none in front of the spout.First time, I was in the shower when I seen it all coming out the top, not the spout. I was all wet so I could not grab my camera to video it. The company did send me a replacement. Out of 4 bottles we have bought so far, two of them have been limited or useless because of the leakage. Company told me they would only refund me once with a replacement. Therefore, think I'm switching to SIMFORT.Been using for a month having seen any results to date.Disliked this product because it exploded all over my shower. The whole bottle emptied. Not sure if I should buy it again. What it it happens again. My whole shower smells like mint shampoo and I didn't get to see if this product will help my hair grow back. Guess I'll be bald for awhile longerIt feels nice I haven’t seen results yet thoughI had to post again because Amazon said I was inappropriate with my last review. I was not. Amazon's return policy has always been honorable, so I presume this Fortero vendor doesn't play with equal rules, very upsetting!!!!Used the item twice before the cap came off and the product started leaking down my bathtub. I tried to contact the company for a replacement through Amazon, but the company has a no return policy and I can't get past the automation in place. I don't really write reviews, but a faulty product + being unable to contact the company for a replacement warrants a 1 star.
