I have PCOS and have thin hair. I notice that after having my daughter, once I had stop nursing her, my hair was thinner than before getting pregnant. My MIL gave me a Med Brown bottle of this last year, and I didn't really use it as much then. But just recently started using it again and not sure why I have not been using it this whole time. Using this has helped in making my hair look fuller even when it's really not. I purchased the Dark Brown in the 15g size and the MED Brown in the 5g size to mix the color. Very simple to use. Just a couple of sprinkle here and there over your roots, alittle pat and you're ready to style. Also a plus, the 5g bottle did not come in a glass like the product picture, but came in the standard bottle like the 15g size.
