***Update Feb 2021***My second order came the same way, box was busted open but bundles were well packed and protected. No headband this time but lashes but I threw them away. These bundles appeared even better than the first. Thicker towards the ends and darker in color. Length appear to be spot on if not longer. The 20 inch looks like it falls like a 22 inch.Usually don't write reviews but I waited about 3 weeks before reviewing and bought more as well before all of y'all start buying it up and nothing's left haha. Also I rely on hair reviews so I gotta give back.Upon arrival, hair was in a nice box that was supposed to be closed with tape but it was cut open. That was weird but all the bundles were wrapped in a net and then each in individual baggies with the length labeled if I remember correctly. I got a 20,18, and 16 and as everyone says all the hair is not "true to length" if you measure it, you will get like a handful of strands that reach that actually length. You will have to cut the strands if you want a fuller look and not scraggly looking ends. I didn't mind the length discrepancy bc I wanted a more natural looking length. Not that women don't have natural waist length hair but come on I don't. I also got a headband and lashes. Lashes looked pretty but I don't wear lashes.Bundles- I washed the bundles in cream of nature shampoo and conditioner I think. I don't remember the hair having a smell, therefore if they did smell, it wasn't offensive enough for me to notice. Bundles did wash out brown water. Idk what it was but who cares I cleaned them until water ran clear and conditioned them but them in baggies and used the microwave method. Look it up on YouTube. Once dried, hair was pretty and krimpy. Hair color is a reddish brown not natural brown or black hair color. If your hair is dark you'd probably want to put a darker rinse over it.Install- my hair is shaved on the sides and I used about 2-2.5 ish bundles for fullness. If you had a full head of hair at this length I'd purchase an extra bundle but I like big hair. Bundles sizes looked big to me.3 week update-when installing it, it obviously shed bc I cut bundles but after that I'm gonna say there's VERY minimal shedding. I mean MAYBE a strand here and there but it's nothing. Plus at longer lengths shedding looks worse than shorter lengths. NO tangling what.so.ever. I run my fingers through my hair all day and no snags nothing. I think one reviewer said it tangled at the nape of her neck, for me like I said my hair is shaved and I have maybe an inch of shaved part at my nape so my hair is never resting on my neck. The hair is beyond soft and I love the blow dried look. I don't put much on the hair at all. I shampooed and conditioned again about a week later with ogx? Argan oil one and got the argan oil serum. I spray with a random argan oil leave in conditioner but I really watered it down. Hair responds like natural AA hair, it frizzes in rain and humidity and love it. People have been stopping me in stores and the gym saying how pretty my hair is.ONE PROBLEM-when I first got the hair I did a few strand flat iron tests with the iron set at 400 or 450 and some strands of hair straight burned and melted. Melted like plastic, stuck to the iron and I had to pull out the melted part from the bundle weft. That shit scared the hell out of me but I was like well, money wasted. BUT I still installed the hair and have straightened it again since but this time I only did it at 300-350 max maybe more like 325, and it straightens beautifully but not bone silky straight which is great for me bc if I wanted bone silky straight I would not have bought this hair, but the hair straightens great and has a nice swing. When I got it wet again it reverted back to kinky if not with a bit more texture. Still soft as hell.Umm I think that's it. At night I just put two braids or buns in with a scarf with a bonnet and it gets even softer. Love it. I stocked up on bundles. I'm happy. Great price. You won't regret your purchase.
