I ordered both sizes of these. The larger one arrived broken but I was able to glue it back together pretty easily. I love them but my only issue is that the sizes are just sort of off. The big one kind of looks ridiculous but I'm not upset I bought it because it's a nice decoration anyway. The small one is cute but would look better if it was a little bigger. It's amusing these were suggested to me after I posted a photo of some hairs sticking out of my messy bun looking like this crescent moon shape. If there is actually a size that is between these two out there somewhere on the internet I will buy it for sure. ;) I am only giving 4 stars because I see there is the issue with these arriving broken but mine was easy to fix.The pic seems to feature a stained piece of carved wood. What I got was a cheap piece of wood with bright red acrylic paint. It's not the "worst", but it isn't great either. Luckily it's light weight, but I'm also scared to really anchor my hair in cause it doesn't feel sturdy. I do like it, and it looks cute.Arrived broken, so I glued it back together. But it’s not smooth all around and catches when I slide it into my hair. I’ll probably have to smooth it out myself. But it’s a cute accessory.Funky smell. Pretty rough. But still functional.Could feel it was broken before I opened the package. One tip was busted off during delivery? Was sent in bubble wrap and an envelope. The other tip was just gone. The wood is kinda rough too. I'm so bummed out.The piece is beautiful but unfortunately it brakes super easy ?It arrived broken. The tip of the moon is broken. It took 2 weeks to be delivered. The wood isn't sanded and hurts when you try to use it in your hair. It catches and pulls your hair. Awful. Don't waste your money.Cheaply made, thin “wood” material that broke when I was putting it into my very thin, fine hair updo. Do not purchase , go to Etsy and buy the actual handcrafted version that can do what it’s designed to.
