**Update- the customer service is great! After my initial review, they refunded 65% of my total purchase, sent free gifts and a gift card as a token of reconciliation. ***Maybe I got a bad batch? I was in love with these extensions when we first put them in. However it’s been 4 weeks and I’d say that for the last 2 weeks or so they have become extremely dry, tangle really quickly (immediately after brushing) and are shedding like crazy. I’m constantly applying oil and brushing 10-15 times a day. My hair looks awful and I can’t wait to have these off my head.*Yes, I use the proper shampoo. Redken is the brand I prefer. I also only wash them 1-2 times a week. I dry them on low and use minimal heat .
